UTI- help

I have been really sick with morning (all day) sickness and also found out I have a uti. Today I feel horrible! Pounding headache all day, breaking out in random sweats, physically fatigued and exhausted. I’ve also had cramps, but not the normal early pregnancy cramps I’ve experienced, they’re higher in my abdomen, also I feel like I have diarrhea but it’s formed stool... Is this just general pregnancy symptoms or could it be from the uti? I started antibiotics today.
