Birth Control HELP
I’d like to get the birth control pill because I would like to not worry about becoming pregnant and I would like to experience sex without condoms.
Then eventually I’d like to switch to an arm implant so I don’t have to worry about the constant cost of pills. This is assuming my body reacts normally to the birth control pills.
The problem: my mom is super conservative (she thinks any changes that aren’t 100% necessary are bad, especially if they’re hormonal), and probably wouldn’t want to pay for it anyways. For that reason, I am not prepared to tell her I’ve been having sex for a while now (I’m 17 btw). My family also doesn’t have health insurance.
What should I do?
