Could this be implantation bleeding?

So we just got home from having a date night and when I wiped, I was at first, surprised by how wet I felt, then I was surprised AGAIN by the blood.

I haven't felt strange or like my period was due. So I hopped in here right quick to check and was surprised AGAIN that's it not due for another few days. So i went ahead and posted my cycle so everyone can see it.

My period isn't due for another few days, as shown above, and usually comes either RIGHT on time like glow says, or a day or two later. I haven't had any period signs. I did feel some slight cramping around when I was ovualating, and haven't cramped since. My nipples are very very tender, but my breasts don't feel heavy or sore, just the nipples. Once I noticed, I was standing in the mirror like...

As I'm typing this I can feel like what might be... maybe be cramps, it's very light and probably my mind playing tricks on me. We we're just talking about how we didn't think we'd ever have a baby of our own this afternoon, could this be it? I certainly hope so! Please tell me your stories with implantation bleeding or what you thought was implantation bleeding, and what was the outcome! 💕
