ingrown hair/cyst popped

hey guys so i have a ingrown hair cyst bump thing going on. It was really sore to touch. I just took a shower and squeezed it and it popped. A little bit of pus came out now it's all blood and it won't stop bleeding. It also looks purple or bruised underneath. I'm wondering if this normal and if it's going to go away now? Thanks!
