Implantation bleeding?

Fiancée and have been trying for a baby for a good few days now. And he came in me today and when he pulled out I noticed blood on his penis. Not period blood it wasn’t that dark. It was like a very mucusy pinking orangish color and I was wondering if that could be implantation bleeding ? I looked up pictures of implantation bleeding and what I saw was identical to what I wiped off of him. But it was weird that it happened while we were having sex.
