I’m not sure where to post this I was just looking for some advice, I was out the back playing on the spiderweb swing with my 2 boys and the rope snapped (it’s held up by a chain and a big rope in a large tree) i had them on my lap and we hit the ground so hard it jarred my tailbone/lower back now I just have moderate pain in the lower back but I’m more worried about the possibility of miscarriage?? I think I’m between 5-7 weeks still waiting on a dating scan I wanted to go to hospital to get checked but family just keeps telling me to take pain killers which I never take

I’d be great full for any advice or stories I’m very scared
