My Little/Big Step

My husband and I are wanting to start trying to have a baby in a year. My goal is to get to a healthy weight for myself and to carry our future baby. I've been drinking tons of water and watching my food portions. Not giving in to my sweet tooth or my addiction to Dr. Pepper! lol Chocolate sounds amazing right now 😂 But it's all paid off. I started out weighing 245 pounds. It's been slow and I almost lost hope. I didn't want weight myself tonight because I was scare that it was going to be the same. FINALLY RESULTS!! I now weigh 230 pounds!! I know it's only 15 pounds but it just made my night seeing the scale not jump back up to 245. So I'll keep being thankful for these little steps and not give up. Then soon I can take the big steo and bring a little one into our family!! So EXCITED!!
