Wanna lose 20lb
I’m only 7weeks postpartum, but I’m 20 pounds away from my prepregnancy weight. I walk or try to walk about 2 miles every day. My problem is eating clean!!! I am the absolute worst with it. The cravings get so bad that if I don’t have it in my house I’ll go out and buy it. I also can’t just take a bite or two. I end up eating the whole package. How can I fight these cravings or get better self control?
