1 in 57 of baby having Down’s syndrome

So I got the blood test results back for the Down syndrome screening and have been told I’m high risk and there’s a 1 in 57 chance of baby having Downs syndrome.

I’m 17 weeks tomorrow and I had a scan exactly 1 week ago and was told everything looked perfect.

So confused and shocked about the full thing.

My Husband and I are keeping the baby regardless, and we’re planning on getting at harmony test just so we can be prepared for whatever comes our way.

Has anyone else experienced this or know anyone else who has?

I’m terrified I’m going to lose the baby.
