PCOS & Metformin

Today I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was put on Metformin and a thyroid medication. I am also being encouraged to diet and exercise more regularly. If that doesn’t work within 3 months we will take the next step of adding fertility drugs like Clomid.

This was never how I imagined my experience TTC would end up (as I’m sure it wasn’t for anyone), but I am thankful to finally get some answers.

Does anyone have any experiences with PCOS or Metformin they can share with me? I am new to all of this!
