So today I woke up to my boss calling me because a CNA came to her with concerns... this is what it was about:

I'm a nurse and I work at a hospital. We have turn systems under patients which are blue pads that help us turn some patients every 2 hrs and we also put white pads over the blue pads in case the patient can't go to the actual bathroom or tell us when he/she has to go. The other night we were turning a patient every 2hrs and at 4am the CNA asked if we should reposition the whole turning system (bec it slid up a little inn guessing) and I was like let's wait until the 6am turn (bec he wasn't wet and it was still underneath him and when you have to reposition it it's a bigger process to have the patient to do at 4am so why not wait until 6am before the next shift so the patient can get a little more rest 🙄) and she went and told my manager 🙄 wtf

I'm super annoyed 😒 I take damn good care of my patients and if she had a problem with it she could've said something then!

Some people are so quick to go tell a manager for no reason! Like how about be an adult and talk to me about it 🙄
