Things to know before breast feeding ?

I’m due in 8-10 weeks && I plan on breast feeding what do I need to know && how do I prevent saggy boobs ?

Answer

Make sure you bring a nursing bra with you to the hospital and put it on ASAP ... feed your baby when they are hungry (don’t get crazy about timing) ... I pumped after baby finished nursing each feeding ... though I didn’t start using bottles until 2 months , it was good to build up a reserve of breast milk ... when you pump , do both sides at the same time or you will drip and waste that liquid gold lol ... I loved the kiinde system when pumping

I don’t think preventing saggy boobs is possible... I’d YouTube “breastfeeding basics” and learn as much as you can... so glad I did!
