Ovulation questions

Kayla • Fri, Jul 10 • I`m 27 years old and have two wonderful little girls, have been married for 8 years and we are now having a baby boy 💙

Okay still trying to figure these things out ladies.. So according to the test strips it looks like I ovulated on the 8th but my temp didnt spiked that day and hasn't at all since and no cramps yet.. Also I took a digital on the 8th with the same urine sample and got a "0" which means no ovulation.. Can anyone tell me what the heck is going on? Last month was pretty clear.. Got a positive and cramps a few hours later..
