Fertility vitamins PCOS

First time posting!

I have pcos and my fiancé and I haven’t been “careful” in three years now. After some blood work and realizing that my pcos isn’t getting any better, I decided to buy some vitamins called “conception” .. they had great reviews and I figured they’re worth a shot. I get my period every 30/35 days. I’m guessing I’m just not ovulating. So to get to my question: if I’m not ovulating and I start taking these vitamins and they help balance me out and I start ovulating, would that fall in pattern with my current cycle or do fertility supplements cause ovulation randomly meaning sooner than you’d expect?
