So my boyfriend is very sexually selfish. He doesn't really try to pleas me to where I enjoy it. Yeah he " plays " with me but I'm not satisfied, knowing he can satisfy me.  As long as he gets off he is happy....does anyone else have this problem?

If he's not doing something you'd like him to do TELL him. If you want him to play with your tits while you're going down on him-tell him. If you want him to go down on you-tell him. If you want his finger in your asshole while he's in you-tell him. Don't be embarrassed to tell a guy what will help you get off. It helps them. And a guy should communicate with you as well for his needs.
