Need advice please!!!

My daughter is close to 4 weeks old and about when she was two weeks nearly 3 I went back to work 1045-0700 well she is spot on with my work schedule she’s wide awake at night and a sleeper all day I don’t mind it but here’s what is killing me she first stayed with her dad when I left and she just wasn’t having it she screamed the entire night I mean screams till she turns red and she actually produces little tears he’s struggling to help her sleep without constantly feeding her to keep her quite. Well now this week he started a night shift tonight we left her with her granny and she did the same thing just screams until you keep bottle feeding. I’m only wondering will this pass and her adjust or is it because I’m not there what’s really wrong. She’s my forth kiddo my others I was way younger and was lucky to live with my mom and I was always home with the first 3 after birth. This is really new to me with my forth ..so I hope someone can spare positive wisdom to me and my partner on this if you experienced this before
