How to get excited about a BFP if you had a chemical pregnancy previously?

I have recently had a BFP but it resulted in a chemical pregnancy 3 days later? We are Trying again the cycle straight after the chemical pregnancy but don't want to get my hopes up again if I get a BFP this cycle to loose it all again?

I understand how you feel as I had a chemical in April (I had also miscarried at 9 weeks in December 17).. when I got my BFP at the end of May I couldn't get excited about it at first. I just decided to be hopeful and think positive but I don't think I'm as attached as with the first pregnancy. I don't think I will allow myself to get too attached until I get past the first trimester. When you get your BFP take each day as it comes and look ahead to your next weekly milestone.
