Symptoms at 5 weeks?

What symptoms are you having? So far my only symptom is the minor sharp pain in the lower region of my belly when standing up quick or stretching.

sore breasts. extremely tired. constipation followed next day with diarrhea and horrible stomach ache.

I’m 5w 4d. My breasts are sore and my nipples are hard like 24/7. Still having mild occasional cramping on my middle to right side. Im also having mild food aversions to some of my favorites- can’t eat chocolate but now I LOVE pickles? Haha 
Thankfully No Nausea or vomiting so far!

Cramping which switches from the left side to right everyday, gassy, bloated, nausea and the worst is back pain 😩

My nipples hurt so much...nursing a toddler doesn't help lol
I'm needing to eat every 2 hours to keep from getting hungry, which leads to nausea. 
I've taken more naps in the last 2 weeks than the last 6 months.
Pregnancy brain has already kicked in it seems.
