Clomid and ovulating

So we did three rounds of Clomid with no success. I was getting positive opks on cd 16 or 18 well here I am on a unmediated cycle on cd 24 and just got a positive opk tonight

For those of you who did Clomid and then did an unmediated cycle did it mess up your cycle?

Do y’all think I even have a chance of getting pregnant this cycle?

We kind of been slacking on the BDing due to being very busy, exhausted and stressed out between work, school, looking to buy a house and trying to save money and catch up on bills. We’ve probably BD once this cycle 🤦🏼‍♀️

P.S. I’d like to let anyone who reads this know we’ve been trying since July of 2015 😞
