Anyone else getting diarrhea 😷

Sorry TMI, but all afternoon I have had loose stools, I know it wasn’t something I ate. I’m slightly worried about the whole body cleaning itself out thing because that’s what happened with my first pregnancy, I had horrible diarrhea for a few days and 10 days after I had diarrhea my water broke. I just want to know if other mommas are having this around 31 weeks or if i need to keep an eye on it. I’ve had other subtle signs of preterm labor which is the only reason why I’m worried.
