Breast pumps and insurance

Hi ladies! I'm wondering if anyone has gotten a breast pump through their insurance before. What was the process like.. Were there any restrictions for types of pumps? Did they pay for it all, or just some?

I know this will vary by insurance company, and I'm planning on calling mine on Monday- but since it's so close to 5pm on a Friday I hope a few personal experiences will tide me over until then!
