Antibiotics & Conception

Hello Ladies! My boyfriend and i have been trying for a baby for the past few months we found out recently that we both had a private issue that we treated with an antibiotic, we realized that the issue we had might have played a role in our lack of ability to conceive while our issue was present (our doctor told us that) I am also currently taking a separate antibiotic for a UTI. My question is, will the antibiotics in our system ruin our chances of getting pregnant this month too? Or are the odds still the same as if there were no problems from before?
