Could this be a sign of pregnancy?!

I took letrozole days 5-9 this cycle with trigger shot on July 3rd. I am currently 6 DPO and noticed I had yellow CM. When I was 4-5 DPO I felt little twinges on the side I am ovulating from. Could this be a sign of early pregnancy?! I am hoping so!!!!!
