Am I too fat for this bathing suit?

One of the reasons why I don’t go to public pools around my area is I feel to fat in my bathing suits and I’m embarrassed about what other people will think. I found this bathing suit a few months ago and I really liked it so I bought it but I just haven’t been able to wear it out in public yet because I just feel like I’m too big.

Another reason why I don’t wanna wear them out in public is because my body is covered in scars. They are getting better, but do you think they are too noticeable?
