spectra s2 or medula advanced starter kit ?

my insurance covers both and i need help choosing which one!! 
 what are your reviews on either one ?

I have used the medela and the spectra. I liked both but I liked the spectra better. Also the spectra is more hygienic (its a closed system that can even be re-sold).
I didn’t love the spectra flanges and collection bottles though.
I just bought converters so I could hook up my dr. Browns bottles. Also proper flange size really matters. 
Bottom line, I would go with the spectra but drop a little money on some extra flanges and bottle adapters.... having extra flanges makes life a little easier too so you don’t have to wash parts after every pump 😉

I used the spectra I didn’t like it. I used the manual Medela and It worked better for me.

I had the Medela pump in style from my insurance and was not impressed. Before that I had the lansinoh pump (2011) and it was good. I want the Spectra next go round. Medela doesn’t have very many settings and I like a closed system for cleanliness
