Pain with Intercourse

I know this may sound like a dumb post but I have seriously been having the worst pain after intercourse the other day. It’s to the point I can hardly walk and wasn’t able to use bathroom until today. An it still hurts when I breathe an do a kegal like my insides are about to fall out. I don’t want to go to the hospital I haven’t had issues until this happened two days ago. The pain moved from being right in my vagina and lower stomach to my middle stomach and when I eat it is so painful. Anyone know what it could be? I know my period starts soon an I was thinking it was because my cervix are low
