is this normal??

OK so I'm fifteen and asking my mom about this is kind weird for me so I'm asking here. So after the first year I got my first period I stared to get a like white kinda yogurt like discharge. its a daily thing for me now. one time during my yearly physical my doctor noticed it and said it might be a yeast infection and gave me a cream and said to drink lots of yogurt and I did and everything was normal but then I stopped putting the cream and the discharge came back. The amounts in which it comes out are not always the same. like one day I can have lots of it the I feel like someone put water on me and the next it's minimum. what do u guys think it is. Should I tell my mom to take me to the doctor??
