My heart is broken

I was new to this app and I was so happy to finally announce my pregnancy. I have pcos which makes my hormones all wacky and pregnancy the most difficult thing to accomplish. but last night I started bleeding went to the er and the doctor told me I was have the beginning of a miscarriage. This will be my second one. My heart is broken right now it took us years to conceive this bean and I feel like it’s being ripped away from me. I don’t think I’ll able to conceive and carry to term it’s like my body hates me. I want a baby so bad and I’m 11 weeks now I so close to the safe zone.
