cramps at 9.4 weeks with momo twins

hello! I am about 9.4 weeks along with my momo twins and I have been experiencing cramps here and there. I found out I was pregnant when i was 4 weeks along and had pretty bad cramps from then till about 7.5 weeks.. then they really slowed down along with the nausea .. but the past few days i’ve been getting cramps again here and there... I feel like most of my symptoms have really slowed down... is this okay? I don’t see my doc until July 5 and then I see MFM for the first time July 11... thank you in advance for the advice!
