No nursery?

So my husband and I haven't been able to start on a nursery. We lived with his dad for a while then we got a place with a room for a nursery but then found out we were moving across the country for a new job in a couple months so I never got to start on a nursery. Now the place were going to be moving into is a one bedroom place. I'll have nowhere to put all our baby stuff! We're getting a glider and a crib along with a whole bunch of other stuff. What can I do? Is there anyone that doesn't have room for all their baby stuff? if so what do you do?

We aren’t doing a nursery. We are in an apartment while we save for a house and just don’t have the room. We will keep baby’s stuff in the closet of our office, and have him/her sleeping in our room for at least the first 6 months, possibly for a full year. I’m just not stressed about it; babies just need a place to sleep and you need somewhere to keep their clothes and diapers. Anything else is an add-on!

I personally didnt get stuff I didnt have room for. Babies dont need much, and our apartment isnt very big and could become cluttered fast with baby gadgets. I have one small swing, a pack n play for downstairs, and a bedside co-sleeper. Didnt even buy a crib. We room-shared for the first year, and when my toddler turned one, we moved her to a floor mattress in her own room, never bought a crib. I have a newborn now, and keeping the same minimalistic approach for her.

I live with my mom and 3 brothers with my son. My room is probably about 8x8. My queen bed fits, my two dressers, shoe box, al my clothing, all of his belongings including his pack m play, a nightstand, and tv, and laundry basket. I’m sure you can find a way to crest his own little spot.
