Mucus plug and pain

33 weeks 4 days.

Well yesterday I went to the ER because I lost a part of my mucus plug and was having cervical pain and turns out I was dilated to 1cm but not having contractions so they sent me home.

Today I just got home and went to go pee and I've completely lost my entire mucus plug... the full thing came out in one solid inch clump of mucus (picture).

Called labor and delivery and of course they say it's normal and not to come in which most of the time it is.

However I've been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and preterm labor is very likely.

Just stressed.

I'm having back pain and slight pain in my cervix and it was very uncomfortable trying to poop just now like a slight pressure and pain in my cervix. I can tell the baby is low.

Last night she was above my pelvic bone and my cervix was at 60% thickness and length.

Help?!?

UPDATE: Still having a bunch of cervical pain and pressure 😩😩😩

On top of having gestational diabetes and having to prick my finger 4 times a day this is not what I need.
