TMI What is this?

TMI! 
Hi, last week I recently had my period, it was a normal amount and normal cramping. A couple of days afterwards I started to notice small blood spots on my toilet paper, and now the blood looks like this. I am sexually active with my SO Could this be related to pregnancy? Or an infection? I've been bleeding like this for 4 days now, I went to a doctor but she wasn't much help. She just did blood and urine tests. I'm waiting for the urine tests but the blood results were fine. Not anemic nor are my thyroid bad. I had sex with my SO a little before my period started.
My symptoms are nausea, slight dizziness, fatigue, and cramping but not like as bad as period cramping.
Could this be a UTI? I'm probably just freaking out since I have to wait until Monday to get my urine results back.

This is definitely something that you should just wait for the results, especially considering your symptoms. But It’s very unlikely to be pregnancy though, since you just had your period last week, unless your periods are irregular. Good luck with the results!

OP here, I've had utis before and yeast infections but never had something like this. It doesnt hurt when i wipe, not an I having cottage cheese yeast infection discharge or urgency to pee.. I'm 25, if any of that matters

that's like the prettiest blood I've ever seen lmfaoo but I'd just wait for the results. I think if it was a UTI, you'd be in severe pain, according to how everyone else on here describes it

I have the same things going on!!! I have my period right now and my blood looks the same. I have been sick as hell! Like I feel like I have the worst hangover ever🤦‍♀️ but nope just living with my period. Let me know if you find out anything weird. I emailed my dr to see what she thinks.
