Am I Pregnant?

My SO and I were grinding hard, i had my underwear on, he didn’t. We got a little excited and he pushed up on me and it felt like his tip started to go in my vag while I had my underwear on. He didn’t cum near my vag but my period is a week late, I’ve been bloated, and I’ve been having headaches...could I be pregnant? My lifestyle this cycle has probably been the most unhealthiest I’ve ever had as I ate very little and slept a lot and I’ve been super stressed so I’m thinking that’s why I’m late but I’m not sure. P
