SCH and orgasms? Help!

So I am currently 8 weeks exactly. I was diagnosed with a 3cm SCH at 6w3d. Doc wasn’t concerned and didn’t mention pelvic rest. I had two chemicals (one a year and a half ago, and one 4 months ago. My dilemma: my sex drive has been SOOOO high the past few days (I haven’t had sex or even an orgasm since conceiving this little bean 6 weeks ago 😳 .. anyway, I’m reading so many things saying no sex and not even orgasms allowed because it can make bleeding reoccur - BUT I have not bled with my SCH. It was found during a reassurance scan when we suspected ectopic (pain I was having) ... I’m concerned obviously but I’m also wanting to at least fool around with my husband and have some relief w/o penetration! Help!
