std I'm embarrassed

ok so I've been single for a while, kinda started getting serious with this one guy, but out of the blue he dips out of state without a good bye or anything, well after a week and half he comes back, swears he didn't hook up or anything and we have sex, well after that I started having unusual discharge, so I get checked out and came back positive for chlamydia in the mean time I've also had sex with one other guy, I have no idea how to tell them, like at all, can someone pls help me, I'm so embarrassed over it. I knew I should have never trusted the guy who dipped out of state ugh
