Going deaf and nobody can figure out why 😞

My hearing is slowly going away and nobody can figure out why. There’s no damage to my ear or anything else. In my right ear I can’t hear pretty much anything but really quite muffled noises and my left ear I can still hear okay but it’s getting worse. I’m only 15 and I’m so scared 😭 I thought it might be a good idea to learn sign language incase I need it so that’s giving me some hope that my life won’t be completely ruined. If you’re deaf or hard of hearing what’s some advice or ways to make things easier.
