Non-epileptic Seizures?

Has anyone here suffered from NES? How did you deal with them and what caused them? I’ve had two in the past week and my doctor can’t find the cause yet... Its scaring me....

I suffered from them when I was a freshman in highschool. I had a couple out of no where and never found out why, did lots of testing and 3 day eeg and nothing. Its been 9 years and I never had anymore after that. Its frustrating not knowing why but don't stress because that can trigger them to. Be safe and don't drive or go anywhere alone until they calm down though. I hope you get some answers

I have chronic migraine disorder and have had these seizures. There isn’t anything I can do. Went in the ambulance once  and they did tests and said I’d be fine.
