Reglan during pregnancy ?

Have any moms in the first trimester been prescribed reglan AND Zofran ? Kind of scared to take it. Reglan is supposed to be for my migraines. & the Zofran for my nausea

I’m on zofran, but I was in the hospital 3 times because of morning sickness for severe dehydration. I’m 11w4days. It’s been horrible. If you are prescribed for bad morning sickness it’s ok to take it.

i was perscribed reglan Wednesday. didn't really see the difference between that and zofran

I was told Zofran isn’t safe, well that there isn’t much research on it, but try taking B6 for nausea. Good luck!

I’m currently on reglan but it does nothing for me. I have severe morning sickness.

Have you tried diclegis? My sister took zofran around 18 weeks because she was so sick she lost 40lbs, at the time they didn’t have diclegis.  Not all insurance companies with cover it.  Also you can try B6 25mg 3 times a day, you can get that over the counter.  Zofran isn’t great while pregnant but it’s also not healthy for the baby if you can’t keep anything down and are losing weight and dehydrated.

My SIL took Zoltan through hers because she was getting dehydrated from morning sickness.  She now has a beautiful 3 year old boy.  I wouldn’t take anything unless you were at the point where dehydration is of concern.

I took zofran during my 1st and have a healthy 2 year old now. midwife prescribed zofran again for my extreme nausea and vomiting, I'm down to 1 vomit every day or two and I can hold down fluids a bit. dunno about reglan tho
