Signs before labor?

Hi ladies!

I’m 40+2 today, scheduled for induction on June 28th but really hoping to go naturally before then. I’m a FTM and haven’t had any painful contractions, just random tightening that doesn’t last long. It does feel like baby is pushing down on my cervix periodically with very mild cramps. Just wondering what signs you had before contractions start and how do you know your having real contractions? Is it normal for things just to happen spontaneously? I’m getting so impatient over here!! Lol! I’m walking and keeping very active, we’ve had sex a coupe times in the last few days. Any advice or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😍
