when to input period day 1??
Do you input spotting as the first day of AF or wait until full blown bleeding?? My period always starts light at first (and I have the fun game to play of is it AF or implantation, ugh), and I've been inputting day 1 as once the spotting becomes heavier bleeding. Maybe I'm messing up my chart and that's why I'm having so much trouble ttc every month. :( Any thoughts or encouragement would be amazing, thanks ladies!
