Lovenox /mthfr

Hi all! After three recurrent miscarriages that all stopped developing right at 6.5 weeks I was diagnosed with homozygous MTHFR a1298c. I am pregnant again and couldn’t find a doctor to agree with lovenox but luckily know an MD and he put me on 60mg at bfp. Now at 5weeks 6 days my OB is willing to start me on lovenox but he doesn’t think it is necessary. He said to do 40mg a day... does anyone know if it is safe to go from a few weeks of 60mg/daily down to 40 mg???
