heart rate in first trimester


I started working out (semi regularly) before we got pregnant. It gets my heart rate up pretty good, I've lost 40 pounds between eating keto and working out and drinking keto coffee. Can I keep working out through my first trimester? My first appointment isn't until July 25th. My ob already to me stop doing keto so I want to up my workout.

I'm not done with my journey. I know I cant lose weight while growing our little babe but I dont want to undo all my hard work from the past 8 months! I was wanting to be a little more fit when we conceived but the universe had other plans!
