cold sores, it may not be theres. but if they dont have an actuce sore you are fine. cold sores are different than genital herpies. different strain of herpies simplex. dont flip out

Most people carry the type of herpes that causes mouth sores anyway. 2/3 of the worlds population carries HSV-1 (cold sores, warts when you're a kid, etc). I wouldn't freak out.

Either way, if it’s for a sore tooth or herpes it’s still not a bad idea to get checked every year at least if you’re sexually active or share food/drinks/smokes with people a lot. They might not know they have something and end up giving it to you
