Spotting it can't be my period or can it?

Hi ladies need a bit of help okay so last weekend and monday me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex. The day after Tuesday i had some bleeding which was just light and spotting which I put it as my period. (Im irregular) lasted about 3 or 4 days. Yesterday i was done with it. Me and my boyfriend had oral sex then around 2am when i went to pee i noticed blood in the toilet. I wiped myself but it was only spots. Wiped again and nothing. Put a pad on just in case but woke up with nothing. I know that wasn't my period. Because if it was well my boyfriend fingers would of been in blood while we were having fun😂 i don't help..? Thoughts? First time this ever happens to me.
