33 Weeks!
Sorry Iāve been so MIA lately! A few weeks ago, my OB said that twin moms typically hit a wall around 30-34 weeks. Well... Iāve definitely hit that wall. I passed the size of a full term 40 week singleton pregnancy several weeks ago, so itās safe to say Iām a touch uncomfortable. Even the smallest day to day tasks leave me exhausted beyond words. Iāve been following each of your stories though, and my heart is with you!
Iām 33 weeks today! Time seems to be flying while also standing still. I canāt believe weāll have two infants in 4-5 weeks. I also canāt imagine being pregnant for another 4-5 weeks 𤣠I have really good days and some bad days. The back and hip pain has gotten pretty intense and definitely wears on me. Iāve started working from home two days a week, but the other three days in the office are still a little too much for me physically. All of this is to be expected though. Overall we honestly couldnāt be doing better. I passed the gestational diabetes test on the first try, and I show no signs of pre-eclampsia as of yet. Both babies are measuring at over 4 lbs each. We have been so unbelievably blessed to have zero complications up to this point! Not a day goes by where I donāt express gratitude for how lucky and blessed we are.
Neither baby is in the right position to be born vaginally. Kora is breach while Lincoln is transverse. (One positive thing about that is the babies arenāt putting enough pressure on my cervix for me to go into labor on my own.) Itās unlikely at this point that the babies will turn, so Iām mentally preparing myself for a c-section. At my appointment on Friday, we discussed tentatively scheduling the c-section for July 25th. Iāll know more on Tuesday though and will keep you posted!
Kora Baby š
My sweet Kora baby! This girl is feisty! Sheās very wiggly and always gives the doctors a run for their money when trying to find her heartbeat. I can tell her kicks apart from her brotherās because she is very deliberate and aggressive with her movements. Whenever I hear a Kesha song on the radio, Kora will roll
and kick. Heaven help me š

Lincoln Baby š
Lincoln is our chill baby. He is almost always sleeping when we try to get a peak of him, and heās typically sucking his thumb or has his hands somewhere by his face. He squirms and gently wiggles to get comfortable (unlike his sister). Lincoln loves to play games with his dad. If Chris āknocksā on my belly, you can count on Lincoln knocking back. Itās one of my favorite things about being pregnant.

He has his sisterās knee in his face, so his face is a little squished. But those full lips! š
