Not feeling this guy but idk

This guy who REALLY likes me apparently keeps texting me and asking me out in long paragraphs that are sweet we’ve hung out a few times but for some reason I’m not feeling it and he kinda ghosted me for awhile to date this girl online whom he never met and didn’t talk to me for awhile ... and then we started talking again and we hung out a couple times he acts like a gentlemen but in my heart I feel like there’s no feelings for him like that there and I feel so bad when I have to say “I’m not ready or idk” to him constantly when he tries to ask me out .
