Help losing weight/ am I fat?
So I’m I go from 165-170 through my cycle. Im about 5’3 or 5’4 I’m trying to get healthy. I’ve been doing some cardio. Not too much just jogging for about 20 min. A few times a week. My biggest is food I need some meal plan ideas and stuff like that. Also how much weight should I try to lose.




I never take any full body pictures so these are the only ones I have.
