Some people just uug

Bought some lipsticks and lipglosses (4 in total. This lady that was behind me commented to her friend out loud is she seriously going to buy all that makeup?!... I turned around and said yes...she then asked if I was seriously going to use all of it....and I answered yes. Then she mumbled to her friend (why does she need all of thay makeup). I honestly find it very rude for people to comment on whatever you are going to purchase. Its my money my business. Am I wrong for feeling this way?
