Early contractions?

What would you say they feel like?

I'm 36 weeks and I feel like I've had a few the past couple of days. Like a BH but it definitely has been lingering to feel like a menstrual cramp. What do you think? Today I've had about 3 over 3-5 hours time, so not consistent at all.

They feel similar to bh but typically they are more intense and even become painfull. Mine also tend to radiate, starting in my lower abdomen and working toward my back or vice versa. The most tell-tell sign for me is I just become super uncomfortable. You try to adjust but no position helps.

They're usually more painful and, personally, they knock the breath out of me!
