scared?

so me and this guy have been talking together for a while now (4 Months to be exact) we have a really cool relationship but he has brought up the topic of wanting to take my virginity a few times. I feel really comfortable with him and I wanna lose my virginity to him but at the same time I'm kind of intimidated of Losing my virginity. So we've never really been through the plan, he doesn't pressure me really but recently I can tell that he just wants to have sex and probably just dip, which makes it hard in me cuz I really like him. What are some advice you have about this situation?
